Current Open Positions
Construction Foreman
This person would be
required to determine the materials, equipment and crew needed to complete
assigned projects. This person would be responsible for coordinating
mobilization to and from the job site. Maintaining accurate job records as
required, and conduct employee evaluations. This person would be responsible
for enforcing all safety rules and regulations set by Designer Properties
and Associates. This position requires prior experience.
Carpenter I
5+ years experience in construction and all aspects of remodeling. Ability
to interpret blueprints, and structural considerations (e.g. load bearing
walls). Posses and demonstrate a high skill level in rough carpentry,
structural aspects, and all areas of finish carpentry necessary to build a
project independently. Read, comprehend, and follow the requirements of
factory specifications of all materials used on the project. must possess
these traits (such as be on time, proactive, organized, professional,
supportive and composed).
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
-- Designer Properties and Associates , professional landscape designer with proven track record in sales. Landscape and/or Hardscape degree preferred. The candidate must possess extensive plant knowledge of zone 7 and have Hardscape knowledge as well. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry, with CAD proficiency a plus. Verifiable references are also required.
We are also looking for an experienced landscape foreman with a clean driving record.
